RETURNS & WARRANTY

At Ella Palm, we pride ourselves on delivering beautiful, quality, handcrafted jewellery, however, if the piece isn't quite right for you, we are happy to help.All items must be returned in line with our return policy.

Handmade to order

  • All returns are at the cost of the customer for change of mind.

  • Handmade to order pieces are non-refundable.

  • If you are wanting to exchange a handmade to order item. We will send your new item free of charge with a free returns label for the the unwanted item.

  • Due to hygienic reasons, we do not allow for exchanges or returns on any earring product, or in a case of change of mind.

  • Customers may ask for a store credit instead of exchange if need be.

  • Returns must be returned in their original condition and packaging in order to be accepted for exchange.

  • If deemed unacceptable or in imperfect condition, the product will be returned to the customer.

  • If you wish to return an unworn item due to change of mind we will issue a store credit for the value paid minus postage costs.

  • Items must be returned to us within 30 days of your order being received. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Ready to wear

  • We are happy accept returns for all ready to wear items. Due to hygienic reasons, we do not allow for exchanges or returns on any earring product, or in a case of change of mind.

  • Customers may exchange their items if it does not fit correctly.

  • We offer free returns and delivery on size exchanges.

  • Customers may ask for a store credit instead of a refund if required.

  • Returns must be returned in their original condition and packaging in order to be accepted for exchange.

Warranty

  • Ella Palm offers a 24 month warranty on jewellery from date of your purchase. 

  • Our warranty provides a replacement service should your product deem to be defective or faulty, requiring specialists skills. 

  • We only replace items if they are defective or faulty and we do require proof of purchase. 

Sample sale returns

  • All sample sale items are final sale.

  • We do not accept returns on sample sale items unless faulty.

  • If your item is faulty a free returns label will be sent. We will offer to repair, replace or issue you a store credit for the value paid once the item has been received back to our returns team.

  • You have 14 days from your order being received to notify us of any faults.

  • Customers may exchange rings if it does not fit correctly.

  • We offer free returns and delivery on ring size exchanges.

  • Customers may ask for a store credit instead of a replacement size if required.

  • Returns must be returned in their original condition and packaging in order to be accepted for exchange.

Sample sale items are not covered by our 24 month warranty.
