You can select the option of adding a gift note on the cart page. Prices are not shown on gift invoices.

Gift bags are available as an additional option. Please note: Gift bags require assembly. Choose this option if you are having the gift sent to you first.

• 30-day Return Window: You can return items purchased from www.ellapalm.com for a refund or store credit within 30 days of the delivery date. All returns must be approved before sending it back to us.

• Please note handmade to order designs can only be refunded for a store credit or exchange.

• Earrings are non returnable unless faulty due to hygiene reasons.
